Turan Yakıcı-TY Shipping Agency was establish in 2004 with 30 years experience in shipping and agency of Mr. Turan Yakıcı.

Along with the growing effect of forwarding and chartering on global trade, customer demands, and the volume and potential of Mersin International Port;  Turan YAKICI- TY Shipping Agency initiated Forwarding/Chartering Department by being Mersin representatives of well known logistics companies in Turkey in 2010.

The Forwarding/Chartering Department  created its own portfolio and network in a short time period and launched independent operations. TY Shipping plays an important role in chartering and offers service for the all ports in Turkey with import/export and forwarding operations.
